Bulgarian trading in the period January-September 2013
Bulgaria’s exports to the EU in the period January-September 2013 increased by 9% compared to the corresponding period of 2012, reaching BGN 19.5 B, according to preliminary data of the National Statistical Institute (NSI). Bulgaria’s main trade partners were Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece and France, which generated 68% of the exports to EU Member States
Bulgaria will be able to carry out joint projects
From the next program period Bulgaria will be able to carry out joint projects with more neighboring countries under the Program of the European Commission for Southeastern Europe.
This program involves Cyprus, Albania, Macedonia and Greece. The program has a budget of about EUR 80 M and will be useful for the development of cross-border cooperation between these countries. This cooperation will be discussed next year.
